Up to 92,000 UAH: which specialists earn the most in Ukraine in July 2026

The average salary in Ukraine has increased by 6,000 UAH over the year and now stands at 30,000 UAH. The highest salaries are offered to executives, international transport drivers, programmers, and other in-demand specialists. This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing data from the State Employment Service.

Salaries in Ukraine in July 2026: who earns up to 92 thousand UAH

According to the State Employment Service, the average salary in job vacancies on the Unified Job Portal currently amounts to 30,000 UAH. In comparison, in June 2025, this figure was 24,000 UAH.

The highest salary offers from employers today are ready to be paid to the following specialists:

  • operational director — 92 thousand UAH;

  • international transport driver — 66 thousand UAH;

  • realtor — 58 thousand UAH;

  • auto painter — 57 thousand UAH;

  • programmer — 52 thousand UAH;

  • auto mechanic — 47 thousand UAH;

  • chef — 46 thousand UAH;

  • crane operator — 37 thousand UAH.

The employment service explains that high salaries are obtained by employees with extensive experience, high qualifications, or those working in professions where there is currently a shortage of personnel.

The highest salaries in Ukraine: which regions lead

The largest average salaries among regions are recorded:

  • in Kyiv — 38 thousand UAH;

  • in Vinnytsia region — 36 thousand UAH;

  • in Kherson region — 34 thousand UAH;

  • in Dnipropetrovsk region — 31 thousand UAH;

  • in Kharkiv region — 31 thousand UAH.

At the same time, the lowest salary offers remain in vacancies that do not require special training or high qualifications. These include janitors, cleaners, kitchen workers, dishwashers, postmen, and packers.

For such employees, employers often offer a minimum wage, which in 2026 amounts to 8,647 UAH per month.

The State Employment Service notes that the difference between the highest and lowest salaries is explained by the level of qualification, the complexity of the work, professional experience, and the lack of certain specialists in the Ukrainian labor market.

It is worth noting that the minimum wage in Ukraine may increase by nearly 1.5 times within the next three years.
