Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported important achievements of the Ukrainian troops in the Dobropil direction. They liberated approximately 175 square kilometers of territory. This was reported by
Glavkom, citing Oleksandr Syrskyi.
Syrskyi himself cites the results of the counter-offensive:
The occupiers in the Dobropil direction suffered losses of 3,185 personnel, of which 1,769 are permanently. They also lost 969 pieces of weaponry and military equipment. As a result of the counter-offensive, 175 square kilometers of territory were liberated, and an additional 195 square kilometers were seized from diversionary groups.
The Commander-in-Chief made necessary decisions to supply units and subdivisions involved in combat operations, taking into account the possible deterioration of weather conditions.
Over the past day, there were 136 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders steadfastly repulse enemy attacks and inflict significant losses on them. They actively impede the enemy's advance deeper into the territory, successfully shelling them.
Ukrainian soldiers continue to defend their land, carrying out counterattacks and inflicting heavy losses on the enemy. The main successes in the Dobropil direction testify to the determination and effectiveness of the Ukrainian military in the fight against the occupiers.
