Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov reported that a Shahed kamikaze drone crashed through a residential building's window. Fortunately, the unmanned aircraft did not detonate, and the residents inside escaped unharmed. Bomb disposal experts are currently working at the scene. However, the situation escalated when Russian forces launched a second strike on the same neighborhood, interrupting rescue operations with fresh explosions.

As of 4:00 PM, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Oleksandr Hanzhha stated that the attack on Dnipro left 46 people wounded. Among the injured are five children, and 23 individuals have been hospitalized. Two women, aged 26 and 44, are in particularly critical condition. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also reported that four people died nationwide due to an overnight attack. In Dnipro, the bodies of two victims were recovered from the rubble in the morning, adding to the grim toll.
