On the night of December 17, drones struck the Krasnodar region of Russia, provoking a series of powerful explosions. Local residents heard explosions even in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, where the oil refinery is located.
According to Telegram channels, at least 18 explosions were recorded, leading to a fire at the plant. Currently, emergency services are working at the scene, fighting the fire and providing medical assistance to the injured.
The monitoring channel Supernova+ also confirmed the information about the fire at the oil refinery following the drone attack. The Krasnodar region headquarters confirmed the fact of the attack and reported damage to power lines in the area.

Official representatives of Russia are currently not commenting on the situation and are refusing to assess the extent of the damage at the plant and the scale of the fire. It should be noted that similar incidents have already occurred, including in the Saratov region, where a drone attack on an oil refinery has also been recorded.
As a result of the drone attack on the oil refinery in the Krasnodar region, buildings were damaged and two people were injured. Official sources are refraining from commenting, but such incidents in Russia are not unique.
