A Russian drone attack on August 4 destroyed a warehouse complex in Dnipro, which included the warehouse of the corporation «Biosphere». The company lost product stock and part of its logistics capabilities, which may affect the supply of goods to stores. This was reported by the founder of the corporation, Andriy Zdesenko.

The destroyed complex had an area of 20 thousand square meters. According to Andriy Zdesenko, rescuers of the State Emergency Service worked continuously at the scene, but due to the scale of the fire, the warehouse could not be saved.
«In just a few hours, we lost a significant amount of product and part of our logistics capabilities,» reported the founder of «Biosphere».
The company did not specify how many goods were destroyed by the fire and how long it would take to restore logistics operations. It is known that preparing for such a scenario was completely impossible.

The corporation has not directly announced a stop to sales or a halt in production. At the same time, the loss of stock and the logistics hub may affect the pace of supply of certain goods to retail chains.
«Biosphere» produces and distributes household and personal hygiene products. Its most well-known brand Freken BOK includes kitchen sponges, napkins, gloves, trash bags, and other household items.
The company's portfolio also includes the brands Smile, Smile Baby, Selpak, Vortex, and Novita. Currently, «Biosphere» has not reported any shortage of specific product groups in stores.
