On the night of Saturday, July 26, long-range drones of the Ukrainian Security Service struck the production facilities of the Stavropol radio factory 'Signal', which is one of the largest manufacturers of EW systems in Russia. According to reports, the strikes targeted two buildings of the plant, where important equipment is located. It is noted that the plant is under international sanctions and is one of the key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex, producing military-related equipment.
'The SBU systematically disables enemy facilities that are working against Ukraine. This work will continue,' emphasized a source in the SBU.
A chemical plant was also affected by drone attacks
The head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine confirmed that drones attacked the defense radio factory 'Signal' at night. Damage was recorded in two workshops of the plant, where imported equipment and production lines were found.
'At least two buildings of the factory were damaged - expensive imported equipment and production lines were present in the workshops,' reported the head of the Center.
