Successful Employment for Internally Displaced Persons
Since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022, DTEK Energy has provided jobs for approximately 5,300 internally displaced persons (IDPs). The company's operations span the coal mining, power generation, and machine-building sectors, with over 80% of these new hires joining its coal mining enterprises.
