Two soldiers detained for a bribe of $4000: how they tried to influence the RTCsK

Two servicemen were offered $4,000 to influence the decision on removing a conscript from the wanted list in the RTCsK and SP, reported the National Police based on materials from 'Glavcom'.


They also planned to influence the medical staff of the military medical commission for a positive decision regarding the enlistment of the man in rear units.


The offenders were exposed by the investigative department of the Lviv police and the military counterintelligence of the SBU under the guidance of the prosecutor's office.

The actions of the criminals were halted on August 14 after their detention and the notification of one of them regarding suspicion of a crime under part 2 of article 28 and part 3 of article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.


The offenders initially face three to eight years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.


Pay a fine for violation of military registration through the 'Reserve+' service


The system for paying fines for violations of military registration is already available for residents of the village of Solovychi in the Kovel district. This new service has been operational since August 7.


Earlier, in this village, a group of people attacked employees of one of the RTCsK and SP and police officers, including the starosta of the Solovychi starostyn district.
