New rules for eQueue from November 24: what awaits trucks at the border

Зміни в процедурі електронної черги з 24 листопада: що потрібно знати водіям вантажівок на кордоні.

Starting from November 24, the Ministry of Development will begin implementing updated rules for the eQueue system. The goal is to forecast the time for crossing the border, reduce artificial delays, and eliminate abuses.

Main changes:

  • Now there will be a limited time for each truck to extend its queue – once every 60 days. However, the extension duration can be 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours.

  • Responsibility is also introduced for systematic violations of the rules. If the vehicle constantly violates the rules, creating a new queue will be impossible for 14 days.

There will be responses for violations:

2 queue cancellations by the user in a row in the status of 'entry to the CP', 2 non-entries during the first queuing, 2 queue cancellations within 30 days

In October, over 25 thousand queue cancellations were recorded, most of which were made by users. This creates artificial queues and affects waiting time due to mass cancellations.

ℹ On November 21 at 5:00 PM, there will be an online meeting of the Ministry of Development with carriers, where the new rules will be explained and questions answered. Registration is available at the link https://forms.gle/6NZvbpLpP7WVRp8v9

The Ministry of Development begins to implement new rules for its queue system from November 24. The updates include time restrictions for extending the queue and responsibility for violations. Systematic violations of the rules will not only complicate obtaining a queue but will also lead to the impossibility of creating a new queue for 14 days. The fight against artificial queues is becoming tougher, we hope this will improve the situation for all participants in the process.
