Last week, the eOselya program issued 187 new mortgages totaling UAH 386.9 million. Out of these, 62 were granted at a 3% interest rate to:
- military and security sector employees - 62
- teachers - 9
- medical workers - 7
- scientists - 3
Those who took loans at a 7% interest rate were distributed as follows:
- citizens without their own housing - 68
- internally displaced persons - 33
- veterans - 6
The highest number of preferential mortgages was issued in Kyiv Oblast - 58, in Kyiv city - 49, and in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Odesa Oblasts - 10 each.
Overall, since the beginning of the year, 7,402 Ukrainians have utilized the eOselya program, receiving preferential mortgages totaling UAH 14.04 billion. This program is one of the successful components of the 'Made in Ukraine' policy.
The report on the weekly statistics of the eOselya program showed that preferential mortgages are becoming increasingly popular among various segments of the population, helping Ukrainians secure housing under affordable conditions.
