Weekly statistics of the ЄОселя program
Last week, 191 new mortgages were issued for a total amount of 400 million UAH. Of these, 69 loans at 3% were received by military personnel and security sector employees, 9 - teachers, and only 7 - medical staff.
Loans at 7% were received by citizens without their own housing (69 individuals), internally displaced persons (33), and veterans (4).
Since the beginning of 2025, 7,215 Ukrainians have benefited from the ЄОселя program, receiving favorable mortgages totaling 13.68 billion UAH. The most loans were granted in Kyiv region (62), the city of Kyiv (53), and Lviv and Volyn regions (10 each).
The ЄОселя program is part of the national policy 'Made in Ukraine'.
The Ukrainian mortgage program ЄОселя continues to provide favorable conditions for housing purchases for various categories of the population, contributing to the development of the real estate market in the country.
