- Romania
- Luxembourg
- Czechia
- Armenia
- Switzerland

- Latvia

Key Changes and the Grand Final
A major change this year is the reintroduction of a professional jury vote in the semi-finals, a system not used since 2022. Host nation Austria will perform 25th in the grand final, scheduled for May 16. The 'Big Four' countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain) and Austria will all perform in the final without having to qualify through the semi-finals.
It is also noted that the United Kingdom's representative, Look Mum No Computer, will perform in the final, as the country competes directly in that stage of the contest. The Eurovision Song Contest remains a major cultural event in Europe, uniting nations through music and performance. The return of the professional jury adds a new layer of competition, as industry experts will now help decide which acts advance from the semi-finals, potentially creating a more suspenseful and unpredictable outcome for viewers and participants alike.
