2027 World Cup Qualifying Campaign
During the 2027 FIBA World Cup qualifiers, Ukraine suffered a 78:64 loss to Spain in the fourth round. This followed a previous 66:86 defeat to the same opponent in the third round. However, the team's earlier qualifying matches showed promise:
- In the second round, they secured an 88:71 victory over Denmark.
- Their first match resulted in a 92:79 win against Georgia.
