Bank Asset Auctions Scheduled
From June 22 to June 26, the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) will hold auctions for assets from five banks currently undergoing liquidation. The total starting price for all lots is 901.3 million Ukrainian hryvnias. These sales will take place via the Prozorro.Sale electronic system.
The auctions will feature:
- Credit claim rights valued at 874.7 million hryvnias;
- Real estate and fixed bank assets worth 16.4 million hryvnias;
- Accounts receivable estimated at 10.3 million hryvnias.
The largest lot comes from PJSC Prominvestbank, with assets totaling 874.7 million hryvnias. Within this, credit claim rights amount to 874.6 million hryvnias, while accounts receivable stand at 0.2 million hryvnias.
Auction Participants
Other participants in the auction include:
- JSC MR Bank, which will offer fixed assets worth 15.2 million hryvnias;
- PJSC Ibox Bank, putting up assets with a total value of 10.8 million hryvnias (accounts receivable at 10.1 million hryvnias and fixed assets at 0.7 million hryvnias);
- JSC Megabank, selling fixed assets for 0.4 million hryvnias;
- JSC Bank Sich, offering credit claim rights with a starting price of 0.1 million hryvnias.
All auctions will be conducted through the state-run electronic platform Prozorro.Sale.
These DGF-organized auctions aim to liquidate assets from banks that have ceased operations and to ensure funds are returned to depositors. By using the Prozorro.Sale electronic system, the process promotes transparency and competitive bidding, which can enhance the efficiency of asset sales.
