Income and expenses of the Hospitallers Fund: report for 2025

The charitable organization "Hospitallers" has published data on receipts and tax reports for the past year. The fund's director, Yulia Shevchuk, who has held this position since December 25, 2025, emphasized the principle of transparency in financial matters and announced the publication of a full annual report by May 1, 2026.

The total income of the fund in 2025 amounted to:

  • 74.79 million hryvnias;
  • 51.99 thousand euros;
  • 906.1 thousand US dollars.

On February 26, Shevchuk presented the tax reports publicly, noting that the fund has almost completely restored its document flow. She stated her readiness to provide any documents to government agencies if additional requests arise.

Separately, the director commented on payments from the commander of the medical battalion "Hospitallers", Yana Zinkevich, which exceeded 400 thousand hryvnias. Shevchuk explained that there is a fundraising agreement between the fund and Zinkevich, and her fundraising activities fully comply with the law.

'During my leadership, I have also seen transfers from Yana – over 400 thousand UAH. Plus payments for previous periods. I have not yet had time to prepare a detailed analysis on this matter.' Yulia Shevchuk

The publication of financial data is an important step in strengthening donor trust, especially in a situation where society closely monitors the expenditure of funds for humanitarian and defense needs. The fund intends to release an annual report in a format that meets the standards of large organizations, but taking into account confidential data and operational specificity. Shevchuk expressed determination to meet the announced deadlines:

'I am ready to transfer all documentation to government representatives in accordance with the law if they have questions about our reporting. I will make every effort to publish the annual report in the planned format by May 1, 2026.' Yulia Shevchuk

One of the difficulties in the fund's work, the director noted, is the informational pressure. "I ask for us to be given this time, because working under such pressure, practically without sleep, when the phone is ringing off the hook, is incredibly difficult," Shevchuk noted. She added that information about the fund's activities is available on its official website, and additional materials can be found on the organization's social networks.

"Hospitallers" continue to work on ensuring transparency, hoping for the support of society and the state amid current challenges. This approach helps strengthen reputation and may aid in attracting new partners and funding sources.
