Russian football player Muslim Kagerimanov spoke about instances of russophobia he encountered in Dubai. According to him, after training, he was not allowed to join the local team due to his origin from Russia. This outraged the football player and was linked to a propaganda movement.

«Chechnya is a subject of the Russian Federation. The coach said he would have taken me to the team, but the owner is against it. It was unexpected to encounter russophobia in Dubai. I spent a long time in the hotel, it was very difficult», Kagerimanov shared.

Another Russian athlete, freestyler Anastasia Tatalina, appealed to the International Ski Federation and Snowboarding to allow her to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games. She is proud of her country and supports the military slogan 'don’t leave your own behind', which sparks additional discussions due to Russia's military involvement in the conflict with Ukraine.

Kagerimanov and Tatalina continue to uncover the complex aspects of international relations in sports, demonstrating their own thoughts and experiences in these situations.
