Vienna ranks 11th with 205 points. Ukrainian cities are notably further down the list:

Moscow, Russia’s capital, is positioned at 244th place.
The lowest rankings include Lagos, Dhaka, and Manila. Specifically, The Hague excels with strong purchasing power, high safety standards, quality healthcare, low pollution levels, and an average commute time of approximately 20 minutes.
