Recently, the 'Connection Generator' project was launched to help Ukrainians stay connected during power outages. The main goal of the initiative is to ensure the operation of base stations so that citizens can call emergency services or contact their relatives.
Since the launch of the project, hundreds of proposals have come from Ukrainians and businesses. Thanks to the feedback received and cooperation with mobile operators, processes have been improved. Among the main changes are:
- increased compensation amounts for each hour of generator operation;
- separate compensation amounts added for diesel and gasoline generators;
- increased compensation amounts for connections within a 30-kilometer zone of combat operations.
