Updated Toll on Russian Invasion Forces

As of the morning of May 7, 2026, Ukraine’s General Staff has published a new daily assessment of losses inflicted on Russian troops. According to the report, Ukrainian forces recorded substantial enemy personnel and equipment losses over the previous 24 hours. The full-scale war has now been ongoing for 1,534 days.

Russian Military Losses

The latest figures indicate that total Russian personnel casualties have reached approximately 1,338,060, an increase of 890 from the last update. In terms of armored vehicles, the number of tanks remains unchanged at 11,918 units. However, the count of combat armored vehicles rose by 6, reaching 24,521. Artillery system losses climbed to 41,539 units (up by 61), while multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) increased by 1 to a total of 1,776.
