Equipment destruction and damage estimates
Beyond human casualties, Russian military hardware has also sustained massive damage. As of June 19, 2026, the following equipment has been confirmed destroyed:

- 24,783 armored fighting vehicles (+4)
- 44,298 artillery systems (+58)
- 1,881 multiple launch rocket systems (+4)

The cost of destroyed armored fighting vehicles is about $14.86 billion, while air defense systems amount to $21.48 billion. Ships and boats are estimated at $1.98 billion, with submarines adding $600 million.
