As of June 12, 2026, Ukraine’s General Staff has released the latest data on Russian military losses, marking the 1,570th day of the full-scale war. The new report shows that total Russian personnel casualties have reached approximately 1,380,120 — an increase of 1,300 from the previous update.

Equipment Losses Suffered by Russian Forces

Significant losses were also recorded across multiple categories of military hardware. The breakdown includes:

  • Tanks destroyed: 12,014 (up by 4 units).
  • Armored combat vehicles: 24,728 (up by 1 unit).
  • Artillery systems: 43,865 (up by 78 units).
  • Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS): 1,861 (up by 2).
  • Air defense systems: 1,417 (up by 1 unit).

In the air domain, the numbers remain unchanged: 436 aircraft and 353 helicopters have been lost. Ground robotic systems now total 1,636 (up by 8), while tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles have reached 344,869 — a rise of 2,218 units. Cruise missile losses hold steady at 4,733.

Naval losses include 33 ships and boats, plus 2 submarines, with no changes reported. The count of destroyed vehicles and fuel tankers stands at 105,850 (up by 352), and specialized equipment at 4,280 (up by 3 units).

Estimated financial losses across key equipment categories are substantial:

  • Cruise missiles: approximately $14.20 billion.
  • Drones: ~$10.35 billion.
  • Aircraft: ~$13.08 billion.
  • Helicopters: ~$5.29 billion.
  • Tanks: ~$30.04 billion.
  • Artillery systems: ~$65.80 billion.
  • Armored combat vehicles: ~$14.84 billion.
  • Air defense systems: ~$21.26 billion.
  • Ships and boats: ~$1.98 billion.
  • Submarines: $600 million.
