Ukrainian drones struck the Saratov oil refinery in the Russian Federation, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On the night of August 10, unmanned systems, in cooperation with other components of the defense forces, conducted a successful operation against a key facility of the occupiers' fuel infrastructure.
As a result of the UAV strike, explosions and a fire were recorded on the premises of the plant. The Saratov oil refinery is one of the key facilities of the fuel infrastructure of the Russian Federation that supplies oil products to the occupying troops. The annual processing capacity of the plant is up to 7 million tons of oil.
The Ukrainian forces liberated the settlement from the occupiers
At the same time, Ukrainian forces continue active ground operations. The defense forces liberated and completely cleared the village of Bezsalivka in the Sumy region from Russian occupiers. The operation involved units of the 33rd Separate Assault Regiment and the 24th Separate Assault Battalion. During the combat actions, Ukrainian warriors eliminated 18 Russian invaders.
Ukrainian drones and military forces continue to successfully conduct operations against the occupiers, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in protecting national interests.
