Weekly Report from the Ukrainian General Staff Details Strikes on Enemy Military Sites in Occupied Areas

Звіт Генерального штабу України фіксує вражаючі удари по військових об'єктах противника в захоплених регіонах.

Weekly Combat Update from Ukraine's General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released its latest weekly combat summary, highlighting operations across multiple front lines and detailing targeted strikes against Russian military installations in temporarily occupied territories. The 32nd Separate Mechanized Steel Brigade has successfully defended its positions in the Pokrovske sector for five consecutive months without any territorial losses. This brigade reportedly eliminates around 110 enemy combatants each week and utilizes ground robotic systems both for supply deliveries and offensive operations.

On the Oleksandrivka front, the 79th Separate Air Assault Tavria Brigade is actively advancing, inflicting significant casualties on Russian forces. Meanwhile, in the Prydniprovska direction, marines from the 34th Separate Marine Brigade 'Borysfen' have been assisting foreign journalists during ceasefires to document war crimes in Oleshky. They also conduct demining operations in Kherson and maintain control over coastal and island zones to prevent enemy landings.

Additionally, the 113th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade alongside the 11th Border Guard Unit continue to hold defensive lines in Kharkiv Oblast, repelling attempts by enemy sabotage groups to infiltrate. From October 23 to 30, operators from the 427th Separate 'Rarog' Brigade struck approximately 1,700 enemy targets, primarily infantry, in the Pokrovske sector. Air defense units from the 1020th and 1021st Anti-Aircraft Missile Artillery Brigades protect Ukrainian airspace, while the 302nd Kharkiv Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade has neutralized hundreds of hostile drones along northern frontiers.

Targeted Strikes on Russian Military Facilities in Occupied Regions

Ukrainian forces have also executed precise attacks on several key Russian military infrastructure sites in occupied territories. The destroyed targets include:

  • communication hubs
  • command centers
  • facilities connected to the deployment and manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)
  • logistical and supply depots

Near Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian troops struck a Russian communication node and a UAV repair workshop. Command posts near Myrnohrad in Donetsk and Chervonohirka in Zaporizhzhia were also hit. Furthermore, Ukrainian forces targeted the 'Energia' plant within Russia, causing fires and damage to defense-related enterprises.

These operations demonstrate the Ukrainian Armed Forces' ongoing commitment to maintaining front-line positions, delivering blows to the adversary, and supporting efforts to document war crimes while ensuring security in controlled territories.

This report underscores the resilience of Ukraine's military in confronting Russian aggression and their capacity to conduct offensive maneuvers amid a protracted conflict. The sustained defense of strategic front sectors and successful neutralization of enemy targets highlight the critical importance of these areas. Additionally, Ukraine’s active role in recording war crimes provides valuable evidence for the international community. As fighting continues, such updates offer vital insights into the evolving dynamics on the battlefield and potential shifts in the balance of power.
