The activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in July: meeting of the Commander-in-Chief
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, held a meeting on the results of the Armed Forces activities in July. This was reported on his Facebook page, according to 'Glavkom'.
According to Syrsky, the situation in the east of the country was tense as Russian occupiers attempted to advance along almost the entire contact line. Ukrainian troops bravely repelled enemy attacks, which employed the 'thousand cuts' tactic, acting in small assault groups.
The most difficult situation is currently in the Pokrovsk, Dobropil and Novopavlivka directions. Ukrainian troops are also successfully operating in the Severodonetsk direction to liberate territories in the Sumy region.
Ukrainian forces are also actively engaged in combat in Kurshyn. In July, the Defense Forces successfully used DeepStrike capabilities, hitting dozens of enemy military-industrial complex facilities.
Enhancing the effectiveness of military actions
Syrsky emphasized that thanks to the improvement of the drone management system, the Ukrainian Defense Forces significantly increased their effectiveness in destroying the enemy. This allows for the support of infantry on the front line.
The war against the aggressor has been ongoing for 1259 days. Russian troops have delivered a significant number of strikes and shellings at the positions of the Defense Forces, yet Ukrainian forces are actively acting to halt the enemy's advance and deplete its potential.
During the meeting, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky emphasized the tense situation in eastern Ukraine during the summer, which requires military personnel to strengthen measures and maintain heightened vigilance. Ukrainian forces successfully resisted attacks from Russian occupiers concentrated in various directions, utilizing modern technologies and tactics.
