Peach and blueberry prices have halved: where to buy them profitably in August

Ukrainians were shown how much blueberries and peaches cost in the second half of August. According to the zakaz.ua website and the Moscow market, blueberries and peaches remain at the top of Ukrainians' preferred summer treats.



Supermarkets offer blueberries in a wide price range: from 76 to 314 hryvnias for different packaging. The most popular packs of 125-250 g cost from 72 to 142 hryvnias. A kilogram of berries will cost, on average, from 194 to 314 hryvnias. In the case of peaches, the price range is even wider: from 80 to 199 hryvnias per kilogram, but imported peaches can cost from 136 to 279 hryvnias per kilogram.



Imported peaches from Turkey, Greece, and other countries cost buyers from 136 to 279 hryvnias per kilogram.

Peaches at the markets can be purchased at a price from 110 to 125 hryvnias per kilogram, which is 20-30% cheaper than supermarket offers.


Market prices look significantly more attractive for budget-conscious buyers. At the markets, peaches can be bought cheaper than in supermarkets. Blueberries are also more accessible at the markets: from 150 to 180 hryvnias per kilogram.



Recently, prices for watermelons and melons in Ukraine have also changed.



During the second half of August, Ukrainians can enjoy blueberries, peaches, and blueberries, with prices for their purchase varying from supermarkets to markets. Market prices can prove more attractive for those looking for economical options, especially, peaches can be purchased cheaper than in supermarkets.
