Power Outage Schedules in Kyiv Region
On January 15, 2026, power outage schedules will be implemented in the Kyiv region. These measures are part of a nationwide practice that covers all regions of Ukraine, aimed at optimizing electricity consumption.
According to the approved schedules, various queues with periods of no electricity are planned in the Kyiv region:
- Queue 1.1: outages from 00:00 to 03:30, from 10:30 to 17:30, and from 21:00 to 24:00.
- Queue 1.2: electricity will be off from 00:00 to 07:00, from 10:30 to 17:30, and from 21:00 to 24:00.
- Queue 2.1: outages from 00:00 to 03:30, from 10:30 to 17:30, and from 21:00 to 24:00.
- Queue 2.2: outages from 00:00 to 03:30, from 05:00 to 07:00, from 10:30 to 17:30, and from 21:00 to 24:00.
- Queue 3.1: electricity will be unavailable from 03:30 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
- Queue 3.2: from 03:30 to 07:00 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
- Queue 4.1: outages from 03:30 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
- Queue 4.2: outages from 03:30 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 20:00.
- Queue 5.1: outage schedule from 07:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 24:00.
- Queue 5.2: from 07:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 22:00.
- Queue 6.1: electricity will be off from 00:00 to 03:30, from 07:00 to 14:00, and from 17:30 to 21:00.
- Queue 6.2: outages from 07:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:00.
These schedules aim to ensure the stability of the energy system and reduce the load on the power grid.
The implementation of electricity outage schedules in the Kyiv region reflects a nationwide approach to energy resource management in conditions of increased demand and potential supply limitations.
In order to maintain energy stability in the country, similar measures may be implemented in other regions, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in ensuring the energy security of Ukraine.
