These controlled blackouts, which affect different consumer groups on a strict timetable, are part of a nationwide effort to manage the power grid's stability. Similar schedules will be active in all regions of Ukraine on this date, with industrial consumers also facing specific power limitation plans.

The schedule for power cuts in the Kyiv region on January 30, 2026, is as follows:

  • Group 1.1 - power off from 00:00 to 00:30, 07:30 to 14:30, and 18:00 to 24:00;
  • Group 1.2 - power off from 00:00 to 00:30, 07:30 to 14:30, and 18:00 to 24:00;
  • Group 2.1 - power off from 00:00 to 04:00, 17:30 to 14:30, and 18:00 to 23:00;
  • Group 2.2 - power off from 00:00 to 04:00, 17:30 to 14:30, and 18:00 to 23:00;
  • Group 3.1 - power off from 00:30 to 07:30, 11:00 to 18:00, and 21:30 to 24:00;
