In November, the results of the state program for compensating the cost of demining agricultural land became known:
- Demining operators cleared 3,798 hectares of land;
- 5 agreements for demining agricultural land were completed;
- Operators received 191.5 million UAH for the work done;
- The average cost of mined land in November was 50.4 thousand UAH/hectare;
- The Humanitarian Demining Center signed 11 contracts for the clearing of agricultural lands.
Since the program's inception, the HD Center has signed 107 contracts for the demining of 17.86 thousand hectares of agricultural land for a total of 1.05 billion UAH.
Recently, the operator 'Humanitarian Security' successfully completed demining work on over 3,300 hectares of land, allowing the farming enterprise 'ADP-Agro' to sow them in the next season.
By the end of November, the Humanitarian Demining Center had paid out funds for the first contract for demining land that the farmer cleared with his own funds.
Also in November, the government expanded the list of accredited bodies that can certify mechanized demining equipment and made changes to the relevant Order. A new enrollment for a course in demining activities for veterans has also started.
