A tragedy occurred in Kharkiv due to the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation, resulting in the death of a one-year-old child. This was reported by the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, according to Glavkom.
"Unfortunately, a one-year-old child has been found dead," Terekhov stated.
In total, the number of casualties as a result of the attack has risen to three, including the small child. Additionally, 17 people were injured, including six children.
Constant attacks on Kharkiv by the Russian army
On the night of August 18, the Russian occupation army attacked Kharkiv for the second time - first with a ballistic missile, and then with Shahed drones. Also, on August 1, Russian forces struck the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region, destroying a children's neuropsychiatric boarding school.
Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov reported that the Russian army continuously attacks the city and the region, causing damage to the civilian population and infrastructure: explosions, burning cars, destruction of buildings and supermarkets.
