In Kharkiv, Russian troops shelled the central part of the city, resulting in a fire that injured three individuals. Buildings of a warehouse and adjacent facilities of a civilian enterprise burned, and residential buildings and other structures in the area were also damaged.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service are providing assistance to the victims, and rescuers and other emergency services of the city are working at the scene.
All efforts are aimed at providing help to those affected by this tragedy and restoring the damaged buildings and infrastructure in the area.
