Kharkiv is preparing for an important purchase - 85 low-floor buses from Europe. Specifically, the procurement of vehicles from European Union countries is planned for 229.98 million UAH. One of the requirements is that the buses must comply with safety and environmental standards.
Any damage to the tire must not exceed 40%. If this indicator is higher, the supplier is obliged to install a new set of tires.
The procurement is to be completed by May 2026 within the boundaries of Kharkiv. This is taking place under martial law, so bidders are required to provide a guarantee of 6.8 million UAH. The deadline for submitting proposals is September 6, 2025.
