Today in the Kharkiv region, Russian troops struck the city of Izium with guided aerial bombs. One of the bombs hit a private house, which was severely damaged along with the neighboring buildings. Fortunately, there was no fire as a result of the airstrike.
Under the debris of the buildings, the bodies of two deceased individuals - a man and a woman - were found, and one injured person was rescued. There were injuries, but the rescuers managed to save a small dog. To eliminate the consequences of the disaster, 13 rescuers and 2 emergency vehicles were involved.
As a result of the airstrike in Izium, houses and people were affected, however, thanks to the quick response of the rescuers, it was possible to avoid a fire and save the injured lives. Further circumstances of the event still require investigation.
