Kherson Region Under Fire
Russian military forces launched a concentrated assault on Ukraine's Kherson region over the past day, killing one person and wounding several others. The attack, which involved airstrikes, artillery, and drones, damaged both residential areas and critical infrastructure. Specifically, three apartment buildings and 26 private homes were hit. According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure, striking residential districts across the oblast.
"Three multi-story buildings and 26 private houses were damaged," he stated.

Due to the dangerous situation, Prokudin also provided information for those wishing to evacuate to safer areas.
"I remind you, if you wish to move to safer places, contact the regional contact center: 0800 101 102 and 0800 330 951," he added.
Separately, the Kharkiv Regional Defense Council decided on the mandatory evacuation of residents from an additional 23 settlements in the Kupiansk district. This decision was made on the 23rd. Furthermore, in the Donetsk region, the list of settlements for the mandatory evacuation of children with their parents has been expanded to include areas within 10 kilometers of the front line.
