Today, the Federation of Athletics of Ukraine conducted a comprehensive testing of the Ukrainian champion in the 800 meters, Juliia Havryliak.
After the tests, she had a flash interview during which she shared her impressions. Juliia noted that it was a new experience for her, but she found it interesting. The athlete thanks the Sport Science team for their support and plans to make adjustments to her training program for the future.
As a result of the testing, Juliia Havryliak gained the opportunity to analyze her results and plan her next steps in preparation for upcoming competitions. This stage is important for improving sports achievements and enhancing performance in higher-level competitions.
