MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak stated that he has identified who specifically prepared the so-called 'Mindich Folders' - a collection of documents on officials that law enforcement found in Mironyuk's office. According to him, materials on him, his family, and aides were gathered by employees of the Bureau of Economic Security.

In a video, Zheleznyak explained that the discovered collection contained 527 folders, among which were materials concerning 16 MPs. He emphasizes that the contents of the documents clearly indicate access to closed registers and official format. According to him, this is the work of the analytical department of the Bureau before the change of leadership.

The politician notes that he compared the folder from Mironyuk's office with a case he once obtained through a 'leak' from the Bureau. Both documents fully match, including errors and structure.

Why This Matters

Zheleznyak ruled out the involvement of NABU, SBU, National Police, and DBR, explaining that the style and content of the files do not correspond to their work. According to him, the materials exhibit signs of low-quality analytics characteristic of the old staff of the Bureau. The politician suggests that the information could have been prepared in the interests of Mindich's office, Derkach, and people linked to the leadership of the Office of the President in previous years.

All materials he has collected he plans to hand over to the new leadership of the Bureau and the attestation commission to identify specific executors.

Key points highlighted by Zheleznyak:

  • documents had an official format and access to closed registers;
  • the quality and structure coincide with old analytical reports of the Bureau;
  • existing materials are dated 2023–2024;
  • the summaries contained errors and inaccuracies typical of previous analytical groups;
  • part of the files reached him via a 'leak' from the Bureau.
