Minute of silence every day at 9 AM

Ukrainians honor the memory of those who died in the Russo-Ukrainian war every day at 9 AM, in particular Ruslan Kochubey, who died on December 19, 2025. Ruslan Kochubey was only 21 years old when he died, but in that short time, he left a mark in the hearts of his loved ones and fellow villagers.

Life of Ruslan Kochubey

Ruslan was born on May 25, 2004, in Ukraine and had lived in the village of Rozbyshivka since 2010. He studied at the Rozbyshivka gymnasium and the Rozbyshivka educational and rehabilitation center. From 2020 to 2023, Ruslan received education at the Hadyach professional agricultural college, where he undoubtedly laid the foundations of his knowledge and skills.

At the age of 19, Ruslan Kochubey signed a contract and began serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This initiative reflects the deep level of respect and support that Ukrainians show for their heroes who fight for the independence and territorial integrity of the country. The minute of silence that takes place daily serves as a reminder of the cost of war and the importance of remembering the fallen, as well as emphasizing the unity of the nation in difficult times.
