Achieving a Psychology Degree

Ilona Gvozdova has announced the completion of her psychology studies. She has been married to Ivan Khom'yachuk since 2014, with their love story beginning back in 2009. The couple is raising two children: a 10-year-old daughter, Valeria, and a 5-year-old son, Dominik. Over their 17 years together, the family has navigated various ups and downs, including rumors of a possible divorce that surfaced in the spring of last year.

Gvozdova filed for divorce twice, but the relationship was ultimately saved. The most recent attempt to end the marriage involved a court filing, where she requested that the lawsuit be left without consideration until a court hearing. After the start of the full-scale war, the couple got married in a church ceremony, signaling their desire to strengthen their family bonds.

Personal Growth and the Value of Connection

“Today I finally passed my last psychology exam. So I guess I’ve finally found my zen. Everything is good.” - Ilona Gvozdova

She emphasized the importance of emotional, physical, and psychological connection in relationships, stating: “Of course, considering that my husband and I have been together for 17 years, we naturally have an emotional, physical, and psychological bond.”

Gvozdova also highlighted the significance of self-support and a healthy lifestyle, noting: “It’s important to be a pillar of support for yourself.” She recommended focusing on several key aspects, including:

  • physical exercise
  • active movement
  • proper nutrition
  • healthy sleep
  • minimizing information clutter

In her view, these principles help achieve harmony and a balanced state of mind.

Completing her psychology studies underscores Ilona Gvozdova’s commitment to personal growth and development, which could positively impact her relationships with her husband and children. Her journey may serve as an example for those seeking ways to improve their quality of life and strengthen family ties, especially amid the stress and challenges faced by modern society.
