Import of used electric vehicles in Ukraine in November 2025
In November 2025, Ukraine imported 7,569 used electric vehicles, which is 170.4% more than in November 2024. This month became the second most active in the used electric car market in Ukraine. The leader of imports was Tesla, which provided the market with 2,161 vehicles.
Popular models of electric vehicles
A significant portion of the electric vehicle imports consisted of Tesla models. The most popular used electric vehicle of the month was the Tesla Model Y, which was imported in a quantity of 922 units. In second place is the Tesla Model 3 with 850 vehicles. The third place in popularity went to the Nissan Leaf, which was imported in a quantity of 638 units. Another Nissan model also showed good results, with 716 vehicles in total.
Compared to the previous month, the import of electric cars demonstrated a slight decline, amounting to -4.6%. Evaluating this situation, expert Stanislav Buchatsky noted that this is a natural stage of market maturity. Thus, the market for used electric vehicles in Ukraine continues to show positive growth dynamics, especially thanks to successful importers like Tesla.
The growth of used electric vehicle imports in Ukraine indicates a gradual transition of the automotive market to more environmentally friendly technologies. The recorded growth of 170.4% indicates a growing consumer interest in electric cars, which may be related to increasing awareness about ecology and fuel savings. Despite the slight decline in imports compared to the previous month, the overall positive trend indicates stable development in the segment of used electric vehicles in Ukraine.
