Our representatives know how to defend Ukraine's national interests and what must be done to prevent Russia from launching a third attack, another strike against Ukraine - just as it has repeatedly committed crimes against our people and other nations in the past.
Right now, this is not just about points in any document. We must ensure that nowhere in Europe or around the world is there a prevailing principle that crimes against humanity, against states and nations, can be rewarded or forgiven in any way. True peace is always based on guaranteed security and justice. And this sentiment is not just mine - I know that millions of our citizens and the overwhelming majority of people around the world feel this way.
