Ukraine is observing the rise of a new generation of digital innovators - specialists who combine knowledge of public policy, technology, and entrepreneurship. To turn their ideas into real solutions for the government, it is necessary to create a space for learning, experience sharing, and collaboration.
At the event 'Innovation Bootcamp. How to turn ideas into effective GovTech solutions' this topic will be discussed, organized by partners. The program includes a presentation and official launch of the Innovation Bootcamp - a training module as part of the open innovation program GovTech Lab, a discussion with representatives of technology companies, educational institutions, and the GovTech ecosystem, as well as short pitches from teams developing digital solutions for the public sector within GovTech Lab. There will also be an opportunity to join the development of the GovTech ecosystem in Ukraine.
The event will take place on December 10 from 17:00 to 19:00 at UNIT.City. Participation is free upon prior registration.
GovTech Lab Ukraine is a program of open innovations in the field of government technology implemented by the Global Government Technology Centre Kyiv (GGTC) with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the World Economic Forum, and with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian program EGAP implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation.
Innovation Bootcamp is the second stage of the GovTech Lab Ukraine program, where selected teams work together with mentors and representatives of government institutions on digital solutions for the public sector, preparing them for piloting.
