Foreign diplomats visited the Kitchen Factory 'Preparing' in Bucha to participate in the discussion on reforming school nutrition. This event has become an important step in the development of international cooperation, sponsored by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
The Kitchen Factory 'Preparing' is a cutting-edge enterprise that prepares delicious meals daily for 16 schools in Bucha and 7,500 students using the cook&chill technology. The diplomats were able to see all stages of production: from the culinary process to the delivery of ready meals to schools.
During the event, the director of the Economic Diplomacy and Recovery department noted: 'Ukrainian technologies and improved storage methods allow ready school meals to be preserved for over some hours without losing their nutritional properties and taste qualities. This opens up opportunities for exporting Ukrainian healthy school nutrition even to other continents – from Africa to Latin America and Asia.'
