Iran hit five Israeli military sites during the 12-day war. According to 'Glavkom' and The Telegraph, Iranian missiles struck an airbase, an intelligence gathering center, and a logistics base in the north, south, and center of Israel. Eleven hits caused significant damage to Israeli infrastructure, but due to an effective warning system and high discipline among residents, the number of casualties remained low - only 28 people were killed.

It should also be noted that the US and Israeli air defense system did not provide full interception of the missiles - 16% of Iranian missiles penetrated this defense, which may be a consequence of a limited supply of interceptors, a lack of necessary tactical solutions, or new types of missiles used by the enemies.
