Jerry Heil's Solo Concert in Kyiv

On April 4, singer Jerry Heil held her first solo concert, titled 'The Source,' at Kyiv's Palace of Sport. The event featured a diverse lineup of Ukrainian and international guest performers, adding a unique charm and variety to the show. This major performance underscores her rising prominence following her recent success on the European stage.

Song Performances and Collaborations

Jerry Heil, who won Ukraine's National Selection for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest, performed the song 'Teresa & Maria' in a duet with Alyona Alyona, with whom she represented Ukraine at the prestigious competition. She also presented the song 'Vymolyv' in collaboration with Dmytro Monatyk; this composition is based on poetry by Yuriy Izdryk and was accompanied during the performance by pianist Yevhen Khmara.

Jerry Heil performed several other songs in duets with fellow artists. Specifically, she sang 'Z yakoho ty poverkhu neba?' with Yarmak (Oleksandr Yarmak) and 'Huby u hubakh' with Volodymyr Dantes. Among the concert's guests was Romanian singer Irina Rimes, who performed the track 'HORA' with Jerry Heil. This song blends elements of the Ukrainian folk song 'Shumila Lishchyna' with an updated version of a song by Irina Rimes.

Furthermore, the 2024 Eurovision winner, Nemo, visited Kyiv for Jerry Heil's show, and together they performed the song 'Zaprosy Mene u Sny' by Nazariy Yaremchuk. The concert also featured the debut of Jerry Heil's new song 'Catharticus,' with which she is a participant in the National Selection for the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.

Jerry Heil's solo concert marked a significant event in the Ukrainian music industry, showcasing not only the artist's talent but also the growing international appeal of Ukrainian music.

The concert highlighted the increasing prominence of Ukrainian artists on the global music stage and demonstrated their capacity for creative collaborations. The participation of diverse performers from Ukraine and other countries points to a growing trend of artists joining forces to expand their musical horizons. Such events can serve as an important step in strengthening cultural ties between nations and promoting Ukrainian music beyond its borders.

As the excitement for Eurovision continues to build, many artists are preparing their unique interpretations of iconic songs.
