The government has approved a new service that takes another step towards simplifying the process of reporting accidents - the European protocol in Action. Now you will be able to easily report an accident without casualties, involving the police and further litigation. All this will be available through the 'Action' application.
Another advantage of using the European protocol is that all reports made through the application will have the same legal force, regardless of the format. The conditions for using the service remain the same: two vehicles, no casualties, damage only to cars, presence of insurance, and consent of the participants.
The new service will come into effect in the first quarter of 2026. So Ukrainian drivers will receive another tool for quick and easy resolution of issues in the event of an accident.
