French striker Karim Benzema has completed a transfer from Al-Ittihad to Saudi Pro League rivals Al-Hilal. Benzema's Stint at Al-Ittihad

The 38-year-old forward departs Al-Ittihad after a successful spell, having joined the club as a free agent in July 2023. During his time there, he helped secure the Saudi Pro League title and the King's Cup in the 2024/25 season. Benzema's individual contribution was significant, amassing 54 goals and 17 assists across 83 appearances for the club.

Prior to his Saudi Arabian chapter, Benzema enjoyed a legendary 14-year career with Real Madrid, where he won numerous trophies and individual accolades. He now aims to achieve further success with his new club, Al-Hilal.

Benzema's transfer underscores the substantial financial power and growing appeal of Saudi Arabian football, which continues to attract elite international talent. Despite his age, the former Ballon d'Or winner remains a formidable force, seeking to replicate the triumphs of his illustrious career in this new phase with one of Asia's most successful clubs.
