The Supreme Court decided not to rely on the decisions of other courts and supported the confiscation of over 5 million UAH in favor of the state from the assets of the head of the State Migration Service. The reason for this step was the results of the monitoring by the NACP and evidence collected by the SAP.
During the analysis, it was found that the apartments and cars that were allegedly owned by the official's family were actually used by him and his wife. Therefore, these assets in the form of an apartment, two cars, and money now belong to the state. The Supreme Court's decision is final.
