Keith Kellogg, special representative of US President Donald Trump on Ukraine, acknowledged Ukraine as a world leader in drone technology. At the YES 2025 conference, the general noted that the United States is lagging behind Ukrainian achievements in this area.
«We are lagging behind, seriously lagging behind. Ukrainians are world leaders in drone technology. Every era has its main assets. Once it was artillery, once it was aircraft carriers, and now it is drones,» Kellogg emphasized.
The general also stressed that the use of drones could change the tactics of warfare, complicating the defense of armored vehicles. Kellogg highlighted that the exchange of technologies and the high level of Ukrainian specialists in this area are extremely important.
Kellogg: China could influence the war in Ukraine
According to Trump’s special representative Keith Kellogg, China could have a significant impact on the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. By withdrawing support for Russia, Beijing could contribute to a quick end to the war, he added.
According to the general, Russia in partnership with China is the «junior partner» as China holds advantages in the economy and military domain.
