- Half a kilogram of cannabis
- 200 grams of alpha-PVP, pre-packaged for sale
- 50 grams of cannabis in individual bags
Under the procedural oversight of the Shevchenkivskyi District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv, a pre-trial detention measure has been imposed without the option of bail. If convicted, the penalty ranges from 9 to 12 years in prison, along with asset forfeiture.
