Partnership Agreement Between the Kyiv City State Administration and Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport

A new partnership agreement has been signed in Kyiv, formalizing cooperation between the Kyiv City State Administration and the Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport. The deal is designed to strengthen economic, humanitarian, and institutional ties between the Ukrainian capital and its Spanish counterparts. Ukrainian attorney and public figure Oleksandr Predytkevych took part in the signing ceremony.

Key Areas of Focus Under the Agreement

The accord places strong emphasis on rebuilding urban infrastructure, fostering municipal partnerships, advancing educational initiatives, and supporting humanitarian programs. As Oleksandr Predytkevych noted,

“Today, more than ever, it is vital to build solid international connections. This agreement is not just a formality—it is a tool for concrete action. We are ready to actively support the development of relations between Kyiv and Spain, bringing in partners, investments, and resources to restore and develop Ukraine’s capital.”

Rotary International, the global network that includes the Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport, brings together over 1.4 million members across more than 50,000 clubs worldwide. The signing of this agreement represents a significant step in strengthening international relations and building a partnership that promises mutual benefits for both Kyiv and its Spanish allies.

This deal unlocks new avenues for collaboration between Ukraine and Spain, which could positively impact Kyiv’s economic landscape. Against the backdrop of current challenges—particularly the need to rebuild infrastructure after crisis situations—such international partnerships may become critical sources of support and resources. The signing also highlights the growing role of civil society organizations in addressing social and economic issues.
