Weekend Food Markets Prompt Bus Route Adjustments in Kyiv
The Kyiv City Council has announced that a series of food markets will be held this weekend, March 28-29, leading to temporary changes in several bus routes. These adjustments will be in effect from the start of bus service until the markets conclude. Furthermore, on Sunday, March 29, routes for buses No. 31, No. 110, and No. 112 will also be altered.
City officials clarified that public transport schedules for the upcoming Easter holidays are not currently slated for changes. Both the metro and above-ground transport will operate on their regular schedules. Valentyn Kulbako, Deputy Director of the KMDA Transport Infrastructure Department, confirmed this, stating that the bus route modifications are solely due to the market events.
